A4: The products from Sinoasian which have CE, ISO9001, RoHS, and related certifications approved
will be given with the service of 2-year warranty except for the factors of human or force majeure.
Q5: What's your MOQ and agent/sole-distributor policy?
A5: MOQ of Sinoasian products is 1 pc and the standard MOQ of the customized products is 3000pcs.
Q6: What are the payment terms?
A6: 30% T/T as deposit, and the balance against delivery.
